Salesmen is a four-piece indierock band from The Hague, founded in 2020. Their music is a modern interpretation of influences like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Triggerfinger, and Rival Sons. It’s powerful and melodic, with room for dynamics and danceability.

The lyrics address themes around money, power, and human shortcomings. We tackle societal problems and try to contribute to a solution.

A couple of highlights from recent years:

  • First live shows in 2022 during a Benelux tour to promote their debut EP One More, Please.
  • Successful crowdfunding for the vinyl release of debut album Cheap Suckers.
  • A packed PAARD for the album release.
  • A project around the single “Rattle the Cage” to raise money for local youth from low-income families.
  • The carillonneur of the Grote Kerk in The Hague playing song “Rattle the Cage” for the entire city.
